If your maybe too shy to come to a class , have a specific area you would like to work on e.g. balance or would like to build confidence and deepen your practice. A tailored one to one session is ideal for you.
Cancellation Policy
Classes - Payments can be used for a rescheduled class for the same week. Cancellations on the day of your booking, payment is required in full. Classes are to be paid for in full on booking. If using a block booking these are to be used within 5 weeks. Workshops All workshops are to be paid in full on booking. Workshop payments are none refundable and none transferable. Private Yoga sessions- Cancellation 1 days notice. Class will be charged for if cancelled less than 1 day before. Thank you for your understanding.
