Hi I'm Georgina, yoga teacher, dog mum and chocolate lover!
Yoga has been part of my life for over 5 years now. After being diagnosed with MS just before my 21st birthday, I started to struggle with my regular gym and personal training sessions. My body was taking 4-5 weeks to recover from just 1 PT session. So I decided to look at other ways to move and keep my fitness up.
I started a local power yoga class and fell in love.
Don't get me wrong It was so hard! Yoga challenged my body in so many ways, strength, flexibility, balance and more, way harder than being at the gym, but the best thing for me is that I can do yoga every day without my body feeling like i've been hit by a bus.
In 2019 I completed my 200HR yoga teacher training with the amazing Calm yoga studio and continue to learn each day.
I also completed a 50HR prenatal and Postnatal yoga course in 2020.
